Ever Been Close to a Shark? This last trip to South Africa we were about to paddle out and Simon Nicholas came in and said that the biggest shark he'd ever seen just charged him. He said that it actually sprayed him as it turned a couple feet before it got to him, and then disappeared. The waves were going off so we waited a little bit before we paddled out.
