RETURNS
Rusty provides a 1 month warranty from the date of purchase for all of their clothing and accessory styles. This covers the products to be free from workmanship and material defects upon purchase and when used and worn for the intended function. General wear and tear or unreasonable use and neglect is not a feature covered by our warranty.
To make a claim the article must be returned to the store of purchase with a proof of purchase or receipt to be an eligible warranty claim.
The store must then follow the Rusty Returns Procedure and Policy (please contact the customer service team for details) to lodge and return the claim to our Returns Department for assessment.
