The Surf Boardroom Surf League is a unique event which has been going strong since 1986, and 2010 saw eight of the best clubs in Western Australia battle it out in the closest event in recent history. Sunny skies, light winds and strong crowds on the beach greeted teams and competitors who were surfing for the coveted title.

Boardriding clubs competing included metro ones, Contacio, City Beach, Cottesloe Boardriders, and defending champions Trigg Point. While regional teams that travelled to Perth to compete were Geraldton, Yallingup, Margaret River and Mandurah. Each club could field a team of their best six surfers, consisting of one senior (over 28), four opens and one junior surfer (under 18). Congratulations to the Trigg Point Boardriders for taking out the event for the 5th year running.
