it best and the players of the Past rensopded to Past, Present and Future Gene had it right he just got lost in the Present .You know what they say insanity is .Doing the same thing over and over and expecting the same results.Think about what happens .you take money that you don't really need now and divert it for another time in you life so your family won't have to worry when you are possibly crippled or don't remember who you or they are.Those that are not advocating this for you are Greedy wanting all of the money on the table so they can get their piece. The Retired Players not Former Players why do I say that because I'm a Retired Player and the game has left me with issues not related to any other occupation in my life .your not technically Retired however you are from the game and you don't know what the ramifications of the game will have on you until you know what they are when you get there .that's how definite it is for the Retired Players of the NFL. I know that nobody, especially football players want to be a burden on their family so don't be and create that for all that have come before you and all that will follow you .There is a number, a formula that can be designed to tell you just how much a certain Quality of Life will cost define IT! There is also a cost to perpetuate that Quality of Life standard..define it also!
