Gold, pure gold.

So many favourite moments : facial expression at 0:30, 3 dudes singing together at 0:54 (and why do they have their hands in their pockets?), un-controlled head wobbling piano guy at 1:12, Joaquin Phoenix guest appearance at 2:14 and of course the inspirational and dramatic 'pause' at 2:28.
