AMBASSADOR
Andrew Roth
Andrew Roth is eighteen (1992) and was born in Vermont. Not the same Vermont where Jake Burton Carpenter birthed the modern snowboard, but Vermont, Victoria. Near Melbourne, Australia. Andrew grew, learned his art, on the slopes of Mt. Buller also in Victoria. He carved gracefully down powdered faces, goofy foot. He threw himself into the air as private school children from Melbourne gaped and asked if he was famous. He progressed and needed more mountain to tame. So he tamed Breckenridge (in Colorado, USA) with huge double back rodeos. Private school children from Aspen gaped and asked if he was Sam Worthington.
Then Andrew Roth began competing. He won the under 18s at the Forum Rail Jam and Battle at Baw Baw. He came in 3rd in the Copper Series competitions in America. He even competed with a torn ACL. Tough and wild. Someday he will win a gold medal at the X Games. His main discipline is slope style but he does and progresses in all aspects. Massive jumps. Technical parks. Andrew Roth is better, in everything, than Sam Worthington.
